Aurex Real-Estate (RERA Agent Registration: WBRERA/RA/KOL/2025/000141, GSTIN: 19AAECH9410Q1ZZ) acts primarily as a real estate consultancy and channel partner. We provide advisory services, market insights, and facilitate property transactions between buyers and RERA-registered developers.
For most primary market transactions (buying new properties directly from our partner developers), we operate on a "Zero Brokerage" model for the buyer. In such cases, no advisory fees are collected from you, and therefore, no refunds are applicable.
In cases where specialized advisory services, legal vetting, or property management services are contracted separately and a professional fee is charged by Aurex Real-Estate, these fees are strictly non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
When you decide to purchase a property, any Expression of Interest (EOI), token amount, booking amount, or initial deposit is paid directly to the respective Real Estate Developer (e.g., Godrej, Vinayak, etc.) or their official escrow accounts.
Aurex Real-Estate does not collect property booking amounts in its own name.
Since booking amounts are paid directly to the developer, the cancellation of any property booking and the subsequent refund process is strictly governed by:
Aurex Real-Estate is not responsible or liable for initiating, processing, or fulfilling refunds for cancelled property transactions. However, as your advisory partner, we will assist you in communicating with the developer to facilitate the cancellation process as per the developer's stated policies.
Any disputes regarding property cancellations or refunds must be resolved directly with the respective developer. Aurex Real-Estate is indemnified from any financial liability arising from cancelled transactions.
